"The game has become real. At least for me," I said. Hors looked uncomfortable. So I smiled brightly at him. "Life is an adventure, my friend. And I'm on the grandest adventure of them all. I'm virtually immortal. I can do anything I want. If it kills me, then I make a note not to do that again, and move on to the next adventure."
"You make it sound so enticing," Hors said. "I must admit, I'm a little jealous. I'd love to play the game nonstop, but I have to eat, sleep, and earn a living in the real world." He looked around. "I have this amazing life here, with his cool house and my own ship. Luckily, I'm self-employed so I'm able to spend a lot more time playing than if I worked a forty-hour week."
"But you're wasting your life away playing a game," I said.
"Exactly. Eventually, I'll have to stop playing and grow up," he said. "You don't have to worry about that. Your life is nothing but eat, drink, and adventures."
I laughed. "Yeah. I just spent two months in a brothel because one of my adventures went awry. Still, there are other benefits to being trapped in the game."
"Like what?"
I wagged my brows at him. He'd helped me so much. Time to reward him and drop some hot loving.
"I've had sex with goblins, orcs, and kobolds," I purred, pressing up close. "And don't ask me how many pigmen have shared my bed. Yet, I've never had the pleasure of a big, powerful minotaur."
"Bulls are a symbol of virility for a reason," he said, voice dropping an octave.
"I know." I stroked his rock hard belly, loving how silky his belly fur felt. Then I noticed the bulge in his pants. "I'll do anything if you let me spend the night here."
"Before you agree to anything, I have to warn you," he said. "Minotaurs can go a little crazy in bed. It might get rough."
A big, wicked grin spread across my face. "Challenge accepted!"
Hors threw his head back and bugled a joyful cry. He swept me up in his powerful arms and headed for the door. The minotaur took the steps three and four at a time, racing up to the top floor. The entire floor was his bedroom, complete with water closet and the biggest bed I'd ever seen.
He put me down at the foot of the bed, and deftly stripped me. It never ceased to amaze me how good some men are at undressing women. And it was always a thrill to be stripped by an eager lover.
"How much time do you have before you have to log out?"
"About three hours," he said as he stripped before me.
"Holy cow!" I cried, gawking at his massive cock. "They lied to me when they said kobolds had the biggest dicks."
I wrapped one hand around his thick shaft, and the other cupped his big hairy balls. My vagina was already aching. I stroked and fondled him to rock hardness. Hors palmed the back of my head with one massive hand. I thought he wanted oral, but he turned my face upwards.
I offered my lips, and he claimed them in a deep, passionate kiss.
Let me tell you, minotaur tongues are huge. My little tongue wrestled with his, feeling completely overwhelmed. Soon he smothered my face with kisses, before working his way down to smother my tits with kisses. I then fell back onto the bed, dragging him down atop me.
He had me bucking and writhing in no time. My insides were a hot mess, and tingles filled me from knees to throat. My bull-headed lover kissed and nibbled his way down my body, until his face was buried between my thighs.
"Yes! Right there!"
That big, rough tongue licked my folds with gusto, sending the most amazing sensations spiraling up into my body. I couldn't lay still. Then he thrust a finger into me, pushing deeper and deeper. Hell, his finger was almost as big as some men's cocks. Hors alternated between finger fucking me, and eating me out.
"Don't stop," I begged when he thrust two fingers into me. I felt a familiar stirring deep in my belly. "Faster! Faster!"
He used the tip of his hard tongue on my sensitive clit, driving me to madness. All the while those two fingers thrust in and out, in and out. My vagina clamped down on his fingers a moment later, and that glorious surge began.
I screamed and bucked as wonderful waves of pure pleasure erupted. He continued all of the way through my orgasm, leaving me spent, huffing and puffing.
"Wow," I whispered. "I feel like the china shop after the bull crashed through."
I got Hors sitting. Dropping to my knees, I pushed his knees wide and crawled up close and personal. Then I went to town on his cock and balls. Licking, kissing, nibbling, I drove him crazy. The minotaur gasped and grunted, he squirmed and grabbed my head many times. Soon I was bobbing up and down on his shaft, mouth filled to the max.
I felt his cock swell in my mouth, and then he grunted. Thick, hot minotaur seed filled my mouth. There was so much, a lot escaped past my lips, but I did my best. And then I licked him clean before crawling up into his lap.
"Keep it up and hard, baby," I purred. "Momma's not finished yet."
I stood up, straddled his lap, and guided his monster erection to my sex. Catching and holding his eyes, I lowered myself upon his cock. There was some resistance, but I was determined. So I forced myself upon him, feeling his dick stretching me out.
"Ugggh. Ooooh." I moaned and groaned as I bounced up and down, forcing him deeper and deeper. Hors buried his snout in my tits, and I grabbed his horns for balance and support. "Yes! Fucking hell yes!"
Almost as soon as he was fully sheathed inside me, my body exploded with glory. My brain went blank, and all I knew was orgasmic joy. Wave after wave rushed through me. I think my bones vibrated.
Hors pressed his lips to my ear. "I have an enchanted cock ring, so we haven't even begun yet."
"Uh oh."
Chapter 5
"That's the last time I sleep with a minotaur," I grumbled. My whole body ached, but one part more than the rest. I stumbled to the water closet bow-legged. "I better get out of here before Hors logs back in and bangs my gongs some more."
Though, hair of the dog would probably do me good. Didn't matter. He played a lot rougher than I expected. Time to hit the road.
"I can scratch a new horse off my list," I whispered, looking around for my clothes. "Because this girl won't be riding for at least a month."
My knees were a little closer together after the trip to the toilet. In fact, I felt even better after cleaning up with the pitcher of water left in the room. There was a wash bowl next to it, so I had to assume I wasn't misusing it.
An elder female human entered the room. She was conservatively dressed and it said Human servant over her head. She gave me a disapproving look.
"Hello. I hope Hors left word that I was up here," I said.
"He did," she said, averting her eyes from my nudity. "Breakfast is waiting. Come down once you are cleaned up and dressed."
She glanced at my skimpy attire scattered around the room, and then shook her head. The maid quickly stripped the sheets off the bed, holding them out as if they were a muddy dog. Yeah, I was glad when she left.
Once I was ready, I headed downstairs. I left my hair loose for a change. There was a lot of it, so I usually kept it in a braid. The old woman was waiting. She indicated a chair already pulled out at the kitchen table. I sat and she put a plate of cold cuts, cheese, and hot, fresh bread before me. I devoured it, washing it all down with apple cider.
"May I ask you a question?"
"Of course, milady."
"Where can I find shops that sell magic potions and spells?"
She gave me another disapproving look. "That would be Wizards Row, milady."
After getting the directions from her, I brought up my HUD and located that street on the map in the upper right corner. I was able to zoom in and out on the map, so it was a godsend in an unfamiliar city. I'd never been one to utilize the map much, but I was becoming a believer.
Then I checked my list of spells. Simple fire, Fireballs, Climb Like a Spider, Percussion, and Loud Speak all had their uses, but as Artimus' apprentice I mostly used magic items, like my staff. I missed that staff so much.
I checked the inventory in my weapon cache. The Bracers were my most useful item, but with the Gloves of Strength I could hit a lot harder now. The only other thing I owned was my outfit, and I couldn't get rid of that. Dammit.
The purse the mage dropped was pretty heavy, so I could afford a few necessities. For some strange reason, I left a gold crown on the table for that old woman. As I left, I slanted a look back and saw the astonished look on her face as she clutched it to her bosom.
Maybe I've earned some good karma, I thought. I could use it.
It rained overnight. Hors wore me out so well that I slept through it. The streets were wet, and a little slippery. Using the HUD's map, I navigated the narrow, twisting streets of Got to Wizards Row. It was a dark, narrow, and winding street about halfway up a rather steep hill. The first shop I saw sold flying carpets. The shop owner sat cross-legged upon one that hovered a foot off the ground.
The shop owner was an elderly mob, about my height and weight, but with a long thin beard. He wore a bright red, green, and blue robe.
Human mage (Lvl 38).
I tried to act all nonchalant. "You have some nice looking carpets, Master Mage."
They were different sizes, and all intricately woven. My brain identified them as "Persian rugs" but I was sure they had a different name for them in the game. I concentrated on a small red, yellow, blue, and black carpet, about five-by-three feet.
Flying carpet.
Yeah, I didn't learn anything. That was the problem with the game. Sometimes it could be painfully obvious.
"I see you have some magical talents," he said. "My name is Cornelius of Dareham. My specialty is flying carpets. Mine can fly higher and faster than anyone else's."
"And your carpets are probably appropriately priced," I replied. He smiled with a nod, probably thinking I couldn't afford one. "What are you asking for that small carpet?"
"Twenty crowns. Gold," he said.
I had seven gold, twenty silver. There was no way I'd pay that much for anything. Hell, in that game I could buy a small house for thirty gold. Of course, prices could be higher on this side of the world. But in Ankor I could get a nice single story, one bedroom house in the city for thirty gold crowns.
"Is it possible to fly one of your carpets, set it on a path, and then go to sleep?" I asked
He nodded. "Yes. You'll have to ensure you're flying high enough not to hit anything, like a tree, house, town, or mountain." He chuckled. "But if you have the mana, that carpet will fly forever in a straight line."
I didn't realize I'd have to fuel it with my mana. That was a deal killer. I've never hoarded mana like some spellcasters. But if I could accumulate enough, and had a flying carpet large enough to carry enough food and water, I could theoretically fly across an ocean and continent.
"How much mana does it require?"
"Just one point per hour," he said. Then the mage pointed to some other rugs. "Over there are djinn-powered carpets, which don't require any mana expenditure on your part."
"And they are a lot more expensive," I replied.
He chuckled. "The cheapest starts at forty gold crowns."
"I'm sure it's worth it," I said, and then looked up and down the street. "I don't plan to travel in the near future, but I'll keep you in mind if my plans change."
He nodded, already turning his attention away from me. I regained it by stepping closer.
"Can you recommend a shop to buy potions? I'm not rich, so the more reasonable the prices the better."
"Lady Tamar is an elven witch," he said. "She brews the most potent potions in Got, and she charges far less than lesser witches."
I got the directions and hurried up the street. Literally, it was up. Got had the craziest street system. Lady Tamar's shop was near the top and had a splendid view of the bay. I noticed the second floor had a large deck. That would be the house I'd want to buy.
Her shop was the ground floor. The black-haired beauty was moving around inside, dusting and otherwise tidying things up. She hurried over to help me.
Elf. Witch (Lvl 44).
"Greetings, milady," the elven witch said. "How may I serve you?"
"I'm looking for healing potions," I replied. "Though if your mana restoring and enhancing potions aren't too expensive, I might indulge there as well."
Her "reasonably priced" potions were about double what I paid in Ankor. So I wasn't going to get much more than the healing potions. I bought one right away, and drank it to see how well it worked. It burned nicely going down. There was a hot flash, and my health jumped up by ten points. The pain down below vanished, until I took a step. Well, it was mostly gone, and slowly fading away as my health began ticking back up.
"Very nice. I'll take ten more."
After storing them, I thanked the witch and started to leave. Then I saw it. It was a crimson-dyed bullwhip, coiled up on the wall with a price tag of five gold crowns.
"Why is that whip so expensive?"
"It’s a Fire Whip, milady," Lady Tamar said. "I took it in trade a month back."
Her expression and the way she said it told me Lady Tamar wasn't pleased with the deal. She probably thought she'd sell it a lot faster and for a big profit.
"Do you mind if I test it out?"
The witch perked up. "Please do."
She took if down and we walked out into the street. It was early enough the street wasn't crowded. Really, I only saw shop owners setting up displays and sweeping the street in front of their shops. Lady Tamar handed me the whip in the middle of the street.
"Remember, it's a fire whip. Do not burn my neighbors' houses down," she said, a little steel in her voice. "I have some fire-stopping talents, but let's not test them."
"I'll be careful."
I took a moment to study the magical item. It was eight feet of braided leather, and showed some wear on the handle. Like any kid, I'd played with bullwhips. The last time I used one I accidently snapped it on my boyfriend's leg and left a pretty bad cut. Yeah, he dumped me.
As soon as I wrapped my hand around the handle and sent the whip snaking out before me, it erupted in intense flames. They were reddish-gold flames, and I could feel the heat radiating from it.
"The power of the whip is based upon the user," Lady Tamar said. "As you get stronger, the whip will get longer and hotter."
"Do I have control of the heat and length?"
"Yes."
To test it, I willed the whip to be longer. And it slowly stretched out along the cobblestones until it was about twenty feet long. The other shop owners warily watched me, casting disapproving looks at the witch. They relaxed a little when I pulled the length back to about ten feet. And then I went after it with gusto.
Snap! Snap! Snap! Snap! Snap!
Lady Tamar threw a four foot length of wood up into the air. I missed it, snapping a good two feet past that flying branch. But when I yanked the whip back, it lashed down across the target and cut it in two. That flaming whip cut through a two-inch diameter branch as if it was hot butter.
I relaxed and let the whip fall to the ground. The flames extinguished with a thought, and I coiled the bullwhip back up as I slanted a very pleased look at the witch. She smiled and nodded.
"I like it."
Five gold was a little high, so we haggled. It wasn't easy, but I got the price down to four gold. She was a lot happier with that price than I was, but I really liked owning that whip. I opened up my inventory, and cached it away for when I'd need it. Unfortunately, that purchase depleted my purse. So, after a last longing look at her mana enhancing potions, I parted ways with Lady Tamar and headed back the way I'd come.
I called up my HUD to check if I gained a new skill. My skills were listed below my picture from highest to lowest.
Sex (Lvl 93).
Swordfighter (Lvl 30).
Spellcasting (Lvl 22).
Pillage & Plunder (Lvl 18).
Tactician (Lvl 16).
Spear fighting (Lvl 15).
Archery (L
vl 14).
Horseback riding (Lvl 12).
Cooking (Lvl 10).
Haggling (Lvl 9).
Shield fighting (Lvl 7).
Foraging (Lvl 6).
Robbery (Lvl 4).
Whip (Lvl 1).
Seeing the Whip skill gave me a little tingle. Who didn't love gaining new skills? But that top Skill, Sex, was just…. Yeah. I was kind of pleased to achieve such a high level, but why couldn't it be in sword fighting or something? At level 100 I would become a Master. What then? I take an apprentice? Open a brothel?
"Sucky options," I grumbled. "Boring."
I had enough money left for some food and one night in an inn, so it was time to figure out what I was going to do next. If I was stuck in the game, I couldn't think of anything better to do than go on a long dungeon crawl. I'd need to be part of some kind of group for that. Getting honest work and grinding out a living wasn't as interesting as fighting players, mobs, and grinding away at the game.
I headed back toward the docks. That's where most of the players would hang out. Maybe there was a group that needed a warrior-mage of easy virtue. Okay, maybe I could find a group willing to give me a chance despite my lowly class.
The castle at the center of the city came into view, high above me. I stopped to admire it. It wasn't so much tall as sprawling. It kind of reminded me of pictures of Dover Castle, just with whitewashed walls.
"Maybe someday I'll create my own city or kingdom," I said. "Or Queendom."
Chapter 6
The docks looked like organized chaos. I loved it. I could see just about every race represented. The majority was definitely humans, but orcs were a close second. Goblins and kobolds raced around running errands and such, while orcs, ogres, and pigmen did most of the heavy lifting. Minotaurs and centaurs were kind of scarce, but I did spot a few. I even spotted my first satyr. Actually, a family of satyrs: father, mother, and three little kids.
